Delfin's Dog Friendly Holidays - very dog friendly holiday accommodation on the Kent Coast
Information For Your Dogs

There is so much to do for dogs in East Kent, they will have a great time.  An information pack is kept at the cottage detailing some great walks, local beaches and pubs that allow dogs.

The cottage will have plenty of throws for you to use to cover the sofas plus additional dog beds.  Fresh water will be ready for your doggies on arrival, after their journey.

ID discs will be available at the cottage, stating that your dog is on holiday and giving our phone numbers plus the cottage address.  The vet we use for the Kent Greyhound Rescue dogs is only a few miles away and offers a 24 hours emergency serviceFull information on for Lake View Vets, will be clearly displayed in the cottage.

The enclosed garden is large enough for the dogs to run around in.

We love dogs, and are more than happy to accommodate them. However, to keep Myrtle Cottage in the condition you would expect to find it, there are a few Doggie Rules, which are just really common sense.

Please remember that we do not restrict the numbers of dogs you can take, nor do we charge extra for each dog.

Please do not leave the cottage looking like an indoor kennel - it is not fair on our cleaning lady or the next guests who cannot gain access to the property if the cleaning takes longer than scheduled.

Please clean up after your dog - both inside and out.  Bags are provided.

If your do want your dogs to snuggle  up with you then please use the throws provided. Do not let dogs on the sofas, without a throw.

If you and your dogs come back nice and muddy or wet, please use the back entrance.  There is a hose pipe located just outside to clean off the mud, and lots of doggies towels just inside the door for drying.  Spare leads, poo bags etc can also be found here.

We are more than happy for you to leave your dogs in the cottage alone, so long as you are very confident then will not bark continuously or destroy.  A large crate can be found in the cellar, should you need to use it.
