 BOOKING INFORMATION  Cottage Facilities Myrtle Cottage has private parking, a private securely enclosed garden with outdoor table and chairs. The price per week includes towels and bedlinen (beds made up ready for your arrival), soap, washing power, cleaning products and the extras for the dogs such as dog beds. The cottage contains a dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer, telephone line and internet access.(please note that someones your mobile phone may switch over to a French telephone provider and calls may be more expensive) For entertainment there is TV/Sky, DVD(blu ray), Radio and CD player with integrated IPod player, a wide range of books, maps and guides, and CDs.  Terms and Conditions- Reservations are held for 7 days pending the arrival of a 33% deposit in confirmation of your booking.
- Balances are due 6 weeks before your arrival day.
- If the balance is not received, the deposit will be forfeit and we will be entitled to re-let the property.
- We recommend that you have travel and cancellation insurance. If you need to cancel we will attempt to re-let, if we are unable to do so, no refund will be payable. If we are able to re-let, a refund will be payable minus £25 administration charge.
- In the event of our being unable, for any reason, to honour your booking, our liability will be restricted to repayment of the deposit/balance received from you.
- Please arrange with your vet for your dogs to be "Frontlined" 2 weeks before your arrival.
- We expect the cottage and the garden, to be left in a clean and tidy condition on your departure.
- We expect guests to use the rear entrance to the cottage if their dogs come back muddy. We provide towels, shampoo and a hosepipe at the back door to clean your dogs, to ensure your dogs are cleaned before coming into the cottage.
- If the condition you leave the property in results in additional cleaning time, over and above what is customary, you will be sent a charge both for the additional time involved and for any necessary specialist cleaning of soft furnishings.
- If, on your departure, it is apparent that you have been smoking, charges for additional cleaning, especially of soft furnishings, will be sent on to you.
- If furnishings, fixtures or fittings are damaged during your stay, you will be liable for their repair or replacement.
- We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicle or possessions anywhere on our property during your stay
